This page is operated by Land AI ("we," "us"). It collects expressions of interest and deposits for the Land AI CRM.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit on the checkout form (name and email).
- Payment information for the $250 deposit, collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
- Basic usage data (e.g., page visits) via analytics tools, used in aggregate to improve the page.
How we use it
- To start your account build and contact you about onboarding.
- To process your deposit and apply it as a credit to your first invoice.
- To send you communications related to the Land AI CRM (you can opt out at any time).
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run this: Stripe (payment processing) and GoHighLevel (our CRM). We do not sell your personal information.
Deposit terms
The $250 deposit is non-refundable but is credited in full to your first invoice if you proceed. The Land AI CRM is billed month-to-month with no long-term contract; you may cancel at any time.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can unsubscribe from communications at any time, by contacting us at the email below.
