The Every-Lead-Worked Guarantee

Every lead worked, or the month's on us. In writing. This page is the full version, in plain English. Nothing here is fine print.

Terms v4. Last updated July 28, 2026.

The promise

Once your system is live, every callable lead that hits your CRM gets first contact within 1 business day. Every lead always has a next step scheduled. Nothing sits forgotten, and our system checks every lead daily to make sure.

If a lead ever slips and we don't fix it within 3 business days of it being flagged, that month's base subscription is credited back.

We can make this guarantee because we log every conversation Maya has. You can read them.

What counts as a covered lead

A lead is covered when all four of these are true:

  1. It reached your Land AI CRM, created or imported as a contact with a routing status.
  2. It is callable: valid US phone number, passes the DNC and compliance scrub, has a logged consent basis, and is not marked do-not-contact, sold, or wrong number.
  3. It is within your conversation capacity: the bundled allowance plus any credit packs you have purchased. If you exhaust the bundle and decline a pack, Maya pauses, and leads queued behind an exhausted bundle are not covered until capacity resumes.
  4. Your account is in good standing and not paused for non-payment.

The standard we hold ourselves to

For every covered lead:

First touch within 1 business day of the lead becoming covered. In practice it is minutes. 1 business day is the promise, so that calling hours, DNC scrub timing, and carrier issues never turn into an honest miss. A lead cannot become covered before your system is built and live, so the clock never runs during onboarding.

Never orphaned. Every covered lead always has either a next scheduled action or a closed disposition. A lead on a deliberate long hold is compliant by definition: a seller who says call me in the summer has a scheduled resurface date, not a stall. Our daily check flags any lead sitting with a live status, in no workflow, with no scheduled task.

An attempted contact counts as: a connected call, a voicemail drop, a no-answer dial attempt, or a compliant text. All of it is logged.

The cure window

When a miss is flagged, either by you or by our own daily automated check, we have 3 business days from that flag to fix it. Fixing it means making the contact attempt, scheduling the next action, or closing the disposition.

A miss we fix inside that window is not a breach. Finding a hole doesn't pay. Us failing to fix one does.

What counts as a breach

In any calendar month: one or more covered leads got no first-touch attempt within the standard, or was found orphaned with no next scheduled action and no closed disposition, the miss was flagged, we did not fix it within the 3-business-day cure window, and we cannot show a logged attempt or scheduled action.

The remedy

One month's base subscription fee, credited to your account. One remedy per calendar month, no matter how many leads were missed. The credit applies to your next invoice.

Any unused credit converts to refund at cancellation.

While your account is active the remedy is a credit, not a cash payment. If you cancel while holding a credit that has never been applied to an invoice, we refund it in cash. That applies to guarantee credits only. The $250 deposit stays non-refundable, Reactivation Sprint fees stay non-refundable, and credit packs and wallet balance are unaffected.

Setup fees, Sprint fees, credit packs, and CRM wallet usage are not covered by the remedy. Because the one-per-calendar-month cap governs, the most that is ever refundable is one month's base subscription fee.

How to claim

Flag the lead or leads in Slack or to your onboarding lead. That flag starts the cure window.

We respond within 2 business days with the activity log for those leads, and we fix any real miss. If the log shows no compliant attempt within the standard, and the miss was not fixed within the 3-business-day cure window, the credit is issued. No argument.

The log is the single source of truth for both sides. You can read it yourself, any time.

What isn't covered

  1. Leads that never reached the CRM. Form or integration failures on your side, or leads held in outside tools. We guarantee what enters the system.
  2. Non-callable leads. No valid phone, a DNC hit, no consent basis, or hard-dead markers.
  3. Leads beyond purchased capacity. Bundle exhausted with no pack purchased. The offer to buy capacity is always open, and declining it is not a breach on our side.
  4. Stoppages that start with you. Account paused for non-payment, pauses you request, leads you delete or retag out of workflows, automations you modify.
  5. Imported backlog still on hold. Backlog is covered once the Reactivation Sprint clears and the hold releases.
  6. Platform outages. Documented carrier or platform outages pause the clock for as long as they last. We show you the outage log.

Why we can offer this

This guarantees the work, not the outcome. Nobody can guarantee a seller says yes. What goes in writing is that every lead gets worked, provably, in a log you can read.

We can promise it because we already measure it. Every call Maya makes is logged and reconciled daily against the phone system's own records, and every conversation is written to the lead's record within minutes. A missed lead is not something we hope to notice. It is something our system is built to catch and tell us about.
